      -Great late-shift pay -Easy to use proprietary software for CSRs -Occasional meals provided -Healthy workplace environment -Remote available -Great management

      Cons

      -Intense/emotional job (high call volume, and occasionally unprofessional clients and or callers) -Communication with clients can be confusing at times.
