Pros
1. free food and alcohol during every brainwashing session. 2.They are really good at giving you the rah-rah dog and pony show before you start working there - harping on growth and opportunity. 3.People are encouraged to speak their mind.
Cons
1. Rotating doors in all management offices- In 5 months I had 4 managers/directors/C-level bosses. 2. See #2 above. But don't expect to see that - it's only for the CEO and CFO at everyone else's expense. Funny how they keep buying companies only to lay off everyone involved in that company's function . 3. The ideas practiced here are not original - they come up with their next big strategy and plan based on whatever book or speaker or friend the C-level execs are involved in. 4. See #3 above - but don't do that. You will get fired.
