Voltage is a great small agency with plenty of opportunities for growth.

The location is great but that also means traffic and a lack of parking. Being a small agency, you may have to wear many hats.

I really enjoyed my time at Voltage. I worked with some super smart people that really kick started my career. I'd highly recommend anyone starting out in Digital Marketing to join Voltage Some major Pros would be - Managers that care - Diverse set of clients - Fun company culture - Smart Co-workers

Not a ton to complain about but a couple things that most agencies have. - Meeting rooms with no doors - Smaller budgets can make ideal account optimization difficult
