Pros
Volumatic has top on the line CNC machines and equipment. Good work environment and some good co-workers.
Cons
Pay was low for the work that was required. At my time of employment there was no retirement plan offered through the company. Pretty much and pay check and health insurance. It is hard to keep employees when you don't contribute to their future. Lots of turn over.
