Pros

You will get a front row seat to a tacky company run by a hypersensitive bully. I’m so thankful she provided the perfect example of how not to manage or market. My next job included incredibly long hours for huge movie releases, and there wasn’t one moment I complained because any job after Volume PR will feel like a great one.

Cons

The worst experience of my life. I was expected to figure out everything and was bullied day in and day out. Even to this day I laugh when I look at the website that was built thinking it was my whole job to figure out with no resources. I was also paid $0 and worked 40+ hours a week for an entire year long internship. Elizabeth runs the place like she’s trying to be a cool girl in school. She is an absolute phony about her “science” stuff. The best part is: I went on to move to Los Angeles and create an extremely established marketing career with brands like Disney and Apple. Also, all the 5 star reviews came in within days of each other… seems slightly suspiscious but mostly hilarious because it’s very obvious.

Pros

Great team and clients. I feel so supported and encouraged to grow every day. Apprecite how we use Behavioral Science to do things differently. It adds a complexity to the work that is not for everyone. Only the smart should apply.

Cons

The owner takes chances hiring too many people that aren't a fit with the way we do things.

Pros

After being with Volume PR for a little over a year, it is clear why the company has been a leading PR firm for 20 years. We have very high standards of excellence and because the CEO bases communication on psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience, I have never learned so much about how increase communicate results with science.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced and demanding because the CEO is SMART. I've seen some people burn out here because they could not keep up.
