Fun, fast pace, heavy work load

Very heavy work load most of the time

It's easy to move up...I would say 45% of the work force are new to this type of work or just lazy. 1. Show up on time. 2. Be willing to do any job big or small. 3. Out preform that 45% of the workforce. (Not that hard) you do those 3 things the company will fill your pockets.

Lots of re-work. No in-house engineers they are all in Europe. Getting information on some blueprint details can take days to weeks. Meanwhile we just keep building. So by time the info comes in your tearing into a unit thats completed. This is really the worst part of the job. I literally seen a guy finish and tear apart his work 5 times in 2 days because the prints were not clear to anyone.
