      Laid back, good pay, weekly catering, no quota other than process as many loans as possible

      Cons

      No room for advancement, favoritism, sketchy business practices, work gets very repetitive, everything goes through the primary manager including time off, payroll, and general concerns

      Good pay for a college student Free meals several times a week No strict quotas, just do as much as you can

      Product is basically a scam-- You will be selling tribal loans of 600-900+%APR. MANAGEMENT (very political--unprofessional) Very repetitive work No room for advancement Favoritism Hearing management yelling at collection customers
