Archaic mentality among old employees 5. This is not a company for someone to move from 4W/2W OEMs, this company operates more like tier1 or tier2 auto suppliers 6. Extremely basic manufacturing technologies leads to very low learning growth 7. Strong union & highly inefficient workforce, low on skills too
