      Pros

      Swedish work culture. Heavy emphasis on work-life balance. Colleagues are all friendly and approachable. Lots of work opportunities. Cool brand and very nice cars.

      Cons

      No stock comp. The stock matching is not very attractive. Things move slow because of the number of people in the organization.
