The sales people we were able to hire, and their dedication.
Cons
Vonage is tying to move into a Enterprise solution, however managment is still trying to micromanage your every move. My office had the highest turnover rate in the company and no one cared. You are belittled via conference call and text messages. Senior executives to include HR just does not care. This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever worked at.
