Pros
Management supports team members to learn, grow and take initiative on projects. It is very freeing to have control over a creative vision and being encouraged to run with it. Everyone continuously communicates with one another to push a project to be its very best and it's awesome how everyone has a hand in it and brings it to life. I love showing up to our new office in Ventura where the open working space promotes our company culture of this team collaboration. There are also little nooks, conference rooms, and even a game room anyone can go into with a laptop and hunker down and zone in on tasks. There are also nice perks like breakfast provided on Monday mornings, bringing your dog to work every once in a while, many team building activities, and some flexibility with schedules. Location is great for lunch breaks too with so many good eating spots on Main Street. It's also cool being a few blocks from the beach.
Cons
It is very fast-paced and with hard deadlines - that's marketing for you - so be prepared to manage your time very wisely. It's allowed me to improve my overall productivity skills and has made me quicker to come up with solutions.
