Pros

The people there are very nice and the company culture is good. The rules are not strict, every one is chill.

Cons

Everything there was excellent and it's a small company so don't expect high salary when you just got there.

Pros

Voro is a really fantastic organization to be part of! The culture is great, the people are great, and everyone is dedicated to pushing the envelope of what’s possible in digital media. The managers push everyone to be the best they can be and are truly invested in everyone’s growth. At the same time, employees are very well taken care of and there’s a ton of flexibility, allowing for work-life harmony.

Cons

The workload can be a lot at times, but it’s more a reflection of the company’s current size versus the scope of their current and prospective projects. On the bright side, they’re aware of the issue and expanding to be able to handle growth and ensure no one is too heavily resourced.

Pros

There are a lot of positive things to say about Rank Crankers: -There's no micromanagement, allowing responsible, self-motivated people to flourish. -Everyone that works here is super knowledgeable, and passionate about the industry. No matter what your knowledge level, there's always something new to learn, and everyone here is eager to help you learn. -Company outings, both for recreation and community service show that management cares about employees and the community we're a part of. -Upper management is available at all times for voicing comments or concerns. This isn't a place where you'll be working yourself to the bone so the CEO can spend more time sipping pineapple smoothies on his yacht in the Bahamas. Management is present and accountable every day, just as employees are expected to be. -Most importantly, the company is big enough that you'll always have a support network, but small enough that everyone has a voice. If you have any concerns about process inefficiencies or think that there's something management should be doing, but isn't, they actually want to hear about it and invite your feedback readily. This is a company where you can really make your mark, where the best ideas win, and where the little improvements or extra contributions you make are noticed, appreciated, and rewarded.

Cons

-The worst thing about working here is temperature control in the winter. Because it's an old building, most winter days you're either going to be a little too hot or a little too cold. But that's the price a lot of businesses pay for being located in the North Loop.
