There was none from beginning to end.

There is a complete toxic culture at the company, which doesn't even recognize serious breaches of compliance, legal conduct, ethics, or any of the standard expectations of a legitimate business in the UK and Europe. Throughout, everything was managed cowboy style with constant bias and inappropriate behaviour.

Great co-workers, always friendly and approachable. Honestly, some of the best people I've worked with to date. Products are interesting and intuitive. On-site parking.

As the youngest and least experienced, any and all problems were assumed to be my fault. Training was rushed. Promises to be trained on unfamiliar equipment were forgotten. Lack of management, no lead operator or head of department at time. Caused confusion and waste of material.
