The management is evil, abusive, incompetent, clueless, and so blissfully unaware of the state of their own company. They fire and lay off competent engineers and employees, and abuse their remaining employees to do their bidding. They make employees work 7 days a week, expecting 80+ hours of work. The management is racist, misogynistic, and does not allow any opportunity for upward growth. They have denied promotion opportunities for women in the company, claiming incompetency and “not giving themselves to the company enough.” I have never experienced a more disgusting and vile team of executives and managers.
