First off, I'll say I've worked at prior start-ups so I knew what I was getting into. Fast-paced, ambiguous, long hours, changes, etc. Very typical like a start-up. However, what I will say is that Vorto moves even faster than the others I've been at. The people here are great and you can have as much impact as you want to have.
Cons
If you're not looking for a start-up experience, you will hate it here. Like I mentioned above - fast, ambiguous, long hours, changes - that isn't what most jobs are like and for a lot of people, it's difficult to handle.
