nothing goods to talk about even every month pay has to be checked if the correct amount is being received. personal experience with in one year had to ask for the right amount 5 times. if receiving any amount at the end of the month is considered a pro then it is.
Cons
collecting experience letter is impossible. if you have any issues at client location getting any sort of responds from them is next to impossible particularly my experience during my exit from the company is nothing but traumatic. had to experience isolation with out my mobile for almost 2 hours after being called in for client relocation discussion. finally asked to handover my mobile for logging out of the device before i could take my necessary payrolls and resignation email at-least
