Stable, good benefits, good salary compared to other industrial companies, may have opportunity to have international experience

Focus on relationship, not performance. Good for people that are trying to crack the system. Bad for people who want to build and accomplish great things.

The company has a lot of opportunities for growth in your career. In less than 2 years everyone can have a chance if you are interested in some position. The work environment in between employees was the best one compared with 4 other companies I worked for, even that I was in Leaside (one of most busy plants). Drivers are nice there.

Salary is too low for the duties (supervisor) compared to the market. I stayed 3 years after declining a bunch o better job offers because I really like the company, but in the end some company offered a really good salary.
