Extremely toxic!! - Software Engineer Vouched Employee Review

I have worked at a few tech companies in my time and Vouched has some seriously poor management. Most of them don't care about getting any actual work done and are here just to make some easy money. Most of the engineers at Vouched have left. The management is struggling with recruitment and are willing to hire anyone to make up the numbers. They keep making claims about how we are doing well yet multiple engineers have left in recent months. At this point its fairly obvious that the employees are not the problem. The CEO and the CTO are the main issues here. In the last year they have managed to annoy every single engineer. The result, the core team have left. You have to be really incompetent to lose a high functioning engineering team that has been built and handed over to you. The CTO has his entire family on the payroll. Both have been handing out jobs to friends and family like Oprah does gifts. People are hired based on their relation rather than merit.
