Beware the smoke and mirrors - Senior Graphic Designer Vox Media Employee Review

Vox management was made fully aware of someone deleting their coworker’s pitches from shared documents and still decided to promote them. This is who you are considering aligning yourself with and it’s not the same organization I agreed to work with years ago. It’s really quite sad. It does not take a private investigator to figure out revision history in google docs and the fact that said employee would have been completely invalidated without our interaction is so deeply sad and embarrassing for a company that boasts the importance of fairness and collaborating well. This is not a company that practices what they preach.
