Pros
Difficult to find something positive
Cons
In a nutshell : - High turnover - LOW salary - Messy spaghetti code / Unmaintainable code - People that are in positions they are not qualified/trained for. - No consideration for employees despite making them (and the world) think they have. It is not all about team building stuff but about working environment and salary also. - Incompetent management , organisation leads to project that have short deadlines, it is up to the developer to work overtime , and by overtime I mean lot hours to make up for bad decisions made by people that would rather make profit/customer happy/make management happy than think of staff well being. - Management hires out of school developers that they manipulate easy into thinking 'we are best, all others are bad guys , we used to work in big companies and know how it was to work in those environments' They can also offer them low salaries, and new hires accept because they do not know better. - Training ? What training ?
