      Pros

      -Very (seemingly--see cons) open culture -Great work/life balance -Pay is competitive -Good Benefits

      Cons

      -There isn't great leadership (the mission wasn't very clear, a lot of things were tried but given up on or botched before they could come to fruition) -Aging product with glacial product advancement (product development was years behind schedule, so a once innovative product felt very dated) -The culture seemed very open and communication seemed to flow freely, but in reality most things were still pretty silo'ed.

      Pros

      - Niche product; Strong ROI for clients we work with - Great co-workers and nice office environment - Strong Enterprise experience if you have previous background

      Cons

      - Job role defines 0-2 years of experience but definitely helps to have some sales experience - Not a bad con but metrics are based on quantity of what we do vs quantity and quality so different when your doing ground-level work - Lots of moving parts and sometimes I feel lost in all the projects going on

      Pros

      interesting work, great team, good challenges and room to grow. The clients are varied and interesting. The development of new solutions are forward looking.

      Cons

      A LOT of work and a need to keep up with multiple projects. A little context loss through many hands touching the customer.
