Pros

Great sense of team work and supportive senior management, ..up until the appointment of Bruce McKendrick and his cronies and Saga ex employees.

Cons

As above. Voyage needed to move on, but under the direction of Douglas Quinn, Laurence Swarbrick and others the company thrived with loyal and hardworking employees who were recognised for their achievement and hard work. When they left that phiilosphy died as did staff morale and performance.

Pros

Easy workload and good benefits

Cons

Everyone at this company does nothing and is coasting, blaming others for lack of sales. Company runs like it has 20 employees and is a startup not in a not good way. 30 year old systems and tech. Performance is not rewarded so you could do absolutely nothing and get promoted if you fit the woke culture and management likes you. Sales people don’t sell. Then sales people blame anyone else for their problems and try to get you fired. Mediocre and unattractive products.
