Standard Startup culture can be difficult

Started off as one of the most warmest and talented group of people to work with with a very clear mission to build tools to help artists.

Then they've basically become an NSFW site faking ratings and numbers for investors and users just trying to keep afloat. Management and leadership by 2 people who are confused and look like they've never run a startup before nor understand zero-to-one launches. Expects people to work 14 hour days just to get a "good job [name]" in a townhall and thinks that's enough to boost morale. Helicopter-mom CFO micromanages your work and days and a CEO who has no idea he's being puppeted. Honestly in dire need of reflection.
