Could be a great company - Marketing Vulcan Spring & Mfg Employee Review

For a small company the owner really tries to provide for the employees. Very clean, people are friendly and great to work with. Benefits are very good and there are 3 plans to choose from. There have been employee and management changes which is scary but the owner has also doubled the size of the building for growth and expansion. Wage is fair with other small manufacturing plants. Lots of change but the plan for the future looks good. Very good 401K program once eligible

Not much overtime is available, longer wait for company 401K match contribution
