      Pros

      Amazing people, incredible product, dedication to customers and teamwork absolutely unparalleled. Customers also love what you do, which is rare to find in such a tough industry.

      Cons

      Not for the feint hearted, generally work quite tough and long hours but at the end of the day every single piece is worth it. So not too many cons.
