Pros

Employee benefits include early Friday finish and wellness initiatives.

Cons

There is potential for this company to be great but the leadership causes a tumultuous environment. Staff turnover is incredibly high due to micromanaging and a lack of respect from the top down. Employees are undervalued and while there are some employee benefits, this is ultimately a toxic workplace where great minds are taken for granted. What’s important to the owner of this business? Power, money and status.

Pros

- Some really inspiring female staff that were responsible for innovative creative, marketing, design and product output - 3.30 Friday finish

Cons

- Have seen multiple people in senior roles managed out of the business when they hold opposing opinions to the directors - Directors will bypass managers to micromanage junior staff, quite inappropriately - Critical business decisions based purely on personal opinion, if you enjoy data-driven decision making this is not the company for you - Business strategic direction changes ever 3-6 months and the team are often confused about what to prioritise - Cash flow is poorly managed and salaries were too often processed late on multiple occasions - Unethical business models, replacing skilled employees with VAs or minimum wage interns - Majority of the people that left the business in the 3 years were due to redundancies (11 redundancies within 12 months), once the directors devalued your role it was made redundant
