Leadership has no clue what they are doing! Keep hiring and firing. They had a big unexpected lay off while hired so many people just few months before the layoff. HR is so rude. Although, they want employee feedback, but they just say it and don't take it seriously. Population Health Managers have no clue what they are doing. They have no time for the team that reports to them. They are just too busy with useless meetings all day and putting out fires. They promise the world to employees and their clients and deliver nothing, Always overpromising and under delivering. Their monthly feedback is useless, HR is worst rude and condescending. They had a good mission BUT now they are all focused on profits. Always changing things at last minute and introducing new projects with no proper planning and delivery.
