Great Management and Training. I personally have never experienced the level of training that is provided the woman manager is probably the best in the field I have met so far. Management is accurate in determining the abilities of the collectors and providing them with accounts based on skill level, and skill set. I personally had the ability to move up quite fast for junior accounts to senior accounts, with a vast understanding of financial and credit systems. W.D. With & Associates is a leader in their industry.

Management is specific which collectors handle which business from clients because many junior collectors do not have the experience or knowledge to collect large accounts for Banks, or Oil Company's. But once you prove you can handle it you will receive large and larger files. Collections is a stressful industry. My only reason for leaving was to further my education, and perhaps if Part time work was available, i would still be employed within W.D. With & Associates.

Honestly there is no "pros" I could think of about this company, if I absolutely have to state one positive thing about this company is that it's location is close to the C-train line, so the commute is kind of convenient (depending on where you live).

Hostile work environment, gossiping co-workers, crap pay (they lie, or at least intentionally mislead their bonus structures during their job interview - honestly hardly anyone makes decent bonus). Trust me, you can find much easier, and much more monetarily and mentally rewarding work any where else without trying.
