      Competitive salary with extensive benefits. No commission caps for Loan Originators so Washington First Mortgage offers huge compensation potential. A supportive and caring culture that values teamwork, workplace conditions and the well being of its staff. Amazing location in down town Kirkland and easy access from Seattle. Free parking and close to major bus lines for easy commute.

      None come to mind. I feel welcomed, respected and valued when I step foot in the office everyday. I am thankful to work here.

      Working in operations, I’ve seen firsthand how the exceptional support staff here, including the setup team, processors, and loan partners, makes a huge difference. The loan officers here are powerhouses and generous with their knowledge. Efficient workflow.

      Cons

      A possible hurdle for a retail loan officer transitioning to mortgage brokerage is adjusting to the broader array of lender options and more complex loan products.

      I have tons of office support and am not micro managed which is very important to me. The management is amazing and fun to work with. They are all very helpful and I love the environment.
