Pros
Iam trying to find that still I couldn't
Cons
1) For management purpose, people were divided into small groups are the worst decision, because the tech lead didn't have enough knowledge to guide the juniors. They take good work and gives you unwanted useless jobs. 2) There is an ego between Seniors and juniors, because seniors will have high work but less salary. But new joiners in each year getting high package but they ended up in torturing seniors to get their work done. 3) If you newly join, then you will get higher pay comparing to your senior guys and you will get a brand new laptop, but your seniors will have old PC. 4) If you newly join, you will get Retention bonus if you complete 5 years. But we already completed 5 years, but we didn't get even a momento or appreciation letter. 5) Other Competitor companies are giving Sodexo, Work from home allowance, Broadband allowance, Furniture allowance without any bill but here for cost cutting they removed sodexo because they are thinking that when we are in home we will eat with our father's money. So now we don't require Sodexo. No furniture allowance, No WFH allowance. 6) There were many senior employees with good experience, but they weren't given proper lead position. 7) They generally recruit non experienced people and deploy directly as a senior guy, so that they stay here for long time. 8) Partiality and favouritism is high. Actually the team will be separated like 1) People who are good at doing nothing 2) People who are good at doing wrong thing 9) Team Leads, Teach leads are good at Management, they simply give false promises, false hopes and they will say they will satisfy your needs with the next appraisal. But if you ask during that time , they will ask us to read the statement again(NEXT APPRAISAL). 10) If you have two offers ( one other company and other is Wabco). Sorry to say you have only one in your hand I couldn't choose. I hope you understand. 11) Kindly give us proper hike and Market correction atleast this time. We are waiting for so long.
