Got to travel and certain employees were really cool to work with.

Some were unprofessional with very strong language. Certain careers are promised while others work harder.

Horrible management, no communication, no consideration for employees, they don't care one bit about your experience, they just want to pay you as little as possible and are willing to put anyone on the air...just to save a buck. In the last year alone they have lost 8 key players on their news/production team...out of 30 or so. Horrible retention rate because the news director has a marketing background, never having worked in the news. You can imagine how fair and balanced that is. It all stems to having the worst news director in the business and no money. Barrington continues to have problems with retention at its sister station WPDE, too!
