Pros
The office is nice and modern.
Cons
Dysfunctional senior leadership which makes for a less-than-ideal experience. It is very difficult to be promoted unless you find favor from a few at the top (or are hired externally). The office is overly run by politics and most people understand that above all else, being able to navigate it is how you move up at this company. This makes for a game of thrones-style work environment and results in people generally being demoralized and unhappy. Senior team members insist that all employees must be in the office 5 days a week, yet not all adhere to this same policy. If you voice your (valid) opinion or offer suggestions to improve office dynamics, there is a high likelihood somebody at the top gets offended and will not take it seriously. The firm does not provide the adequate resources to be successful at the job. If you value career progression, growth, and generally being treated with respect, this is not be the please to be.
