This is a freelancing company. They try to market themselves as an established company. However there are no benefits other than remuneration. You are NOT entitled to Australian holidays as well as local holidays. Read the contract carefully before signing as they are hidden agendas mentioned there. Projects are taken beyond the capacity of the organization. Very few experts but the entire team is marketed as experts. If you are looking for a full time job at an established company this is not the right place. If you are looking for freelancing then this might be a better choice. Job security is NOT at all recommended here.
