      Pros

      To be honest, it didn't have any advantages for me.

      Cons

      I had to work with a completely incompetent team leader. I was constantly exposed to micromanagement, and at the same time, someone who constantly lied and mobbed me. Every day I spent was a complete waste of time, very sad.
