Not enough education opportunities within the company to advance in the field. Its all about who you know not what you know. Employees who have family members are the ones getting transferred to the next job as well getting hired under titles such as "journeymen" when really they are just entry level helpers. Hourly pay changes when you get transferred to the next job. Went from making $24 an hour as a top helper to getting paid $20 at the next job. After 5 years left the company to wok somewhere better.
