Good salary, has increment every year. Good supervisor. Systematic work evaluation, clean, got Gym, employee purchase stock
Cons
Far from canteen :D, no cultural balance (90% chinese) in IT Department, I was a bit bored during lunchtime. But that is not a major problem, tho.
