Pay is not competitive compared to other Silicon Valley companies. Lack of communication from management, poor benefits, and no employee perks (unless you are at the corporate office in Irvine). No formality between other WD sites. There is no work life balance even though they try to promote it. No room for career growth and bonuses have been on the decline from what they use to be
