They had really great benefits, the managers were super chill. I was able to make an impact in my local community by educating people or saving them money.

Since they are a smaller local company the pay was not all that great.

Local credit union, multiple locations, great customers

Upper management is awful. Employees are very unhappy with their jobs, high turnover. Customer care and loyalty have been diminished by hiring VPs from outside of the community. Customer loyalty is long gone.
