      Its a great experience working at WET. The management and the team together make the atmosphere here, in the company, very professional and pleasant. Everybody here is friendly, kind; they truly go above and beyond to help each other. I enjoy to be part of a company that creates breathtaking projects and quality work. Always proud to be here.

      We sometimes can't keep up learning because lots of professional and creative people around us.

      Pros

      One of a kind place! Strong team collaboration, fast paced development, "start-up" feel with a long history of creating unique marvelous features.

      Cons

      They are getting out of the "covid crunch" and sometimes the paychecks come a few days late. They shared this with me before I started and it has not been a burden on my family, since I have been saving more than usual for the rainy days.

      Holy red flags, Batman! Upper management is awful. Awful. AWFUL. If you like getting paid regularly, RUN AWAY. If you like clear, consistent work, RUN AWAY.
