Pros
Lovely multi cultural environment. Full of left wingers which is ace. Management is fairly relaxed and informal.
Cons
Payroll is the worst..always some error. Worst I've come across. Excepted to pick up others tasks with very little training or briefing. Communication is poor. No part time options or job sharing not very progressive. Mediocre pay. Contract isn't the same as what full time permanent employees get. People are doing overtime yet payment never appeared.
