      - Friendly people to work with. - Small teams. - Nice central office. - Decent benefits. - Decent career progression. - Completely remote is possible.

      Cons

      - A lot of managerial changes, which makes it hard to get a promotion/raise. - Hard to meet people as all work remotely and rarely ever in the office. - Salaries are the bare minimum. - A lot of HR involvement in all tasks

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
