      Too much meetings; Interview process; Few information about the work you have to do, you have to discover by yourself; Too hard get a better position after you are aboard

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
