Pros

There are no pros the only pro I can think of is that you can work remotely but after covid, there are a lot of companies that you can work remotely.

Cons

Very stressful. This company rips customers off. People sign up for their FSA, HRA, Flex accounts and other accounts and this company makes it almost impossible for them to use their funds. Not only do they have to provide a receipt even though they use the card to purchase the items. They always find a reason to deny the claim, and us people working in the customer service dept. have to deal with angry customers telling us we are a terrible company, hard to reach by phone and angry that they cannot use their phones or their card doesnt work and we cannot do much to help the customer.

Pros

PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

Cons

Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
