Stuck doing same monotomous jobs day in day out simply a number to WGM and as long as they are charging the client for you thats all they care about. No training no progression no overtime poor pay compared to other companies in industry zero trust from management Directors and snr management forcing their rules as if they are laws and press fear into the men. Squeeze every last drop out of you without giving anything in return. Management have zero trust in the lads and track your phone from the second you leave the house to the second you get in at night. Work vans have AI installed cameras that look you in the face and report back to HQ if you simply look out the side window for too long. Expect to get pulled in the office and belitted as they show you the footage on the big telly. You are expected to work until 4 o'clock and even if you finish your job early you have to wait in the van and not allowed to leave early as they want to bill the client the full day rate. But client on site catch you and start giving you looks. Not a good image on the company. And if you do leave early you dont get paid.
