Unless you are willing to compromise yourself and your morals (if you had them in the first place) you will never succeed in this company.
Top management is made up of bullies and liars and unless you are friend's with the CEO you will get nowhere. (HR are aware of the toxic atmosphere, nothing gets done about it so please don't expect this to change).
All of the genuine, hard working and talented individuals were forced out of this company due to bad management or deciding to leave themselves in order to no longer cause further damage to their mental wellbeing.
Their stance on sustainability is completely false, they have zero interest in this and they will try to sell this to you and stakeholders at any given point. They consider a beach clean up once a month to as a sufficient way to offset the damage they do to the environment.
If you enjoy being forced to work on tasks which aren't in your job role (with no support and being blamed when things go wrong), being ordered around by inexperienced and aggressive "managers" who take no accountability for their failings and being monitored and controlled at all times, then this is the perfect place for you!
