Pros

Work here if you hate yourself and have no life

Cons

Work life balance does not exist in this company. Oftentimes, you are working in excess of 50 or even 60 hours a week for a measly salary. There are no overtime paid or banked hours if you're a manager. The way this company operates is purely unethical and borderline legal. The drivers oftentimes work in excess of 12+ hours a day, jeopardizing and violating safety regulations. Many times, you are working an evening shift untill 2:00am and are expected to work early the next morning at 7am, even though Alberta legislation require a minimum of 8 hours of rest in between shifts. Upper management does not care about anyone or anything other than profit; it is an unwritten rule that you lie, cheat, and deceive your customers and associates in order to get a higher RPH. This company is so petty that managers cheat their own associates, who are already making minimum wage, on their timesheet a few minutes here and there for the name of profit! I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to work here.

Pros

• occasional travel • short days • simple work • relaxed professional atmosphere

Cons

• short days (good and bad depending on financial need so be wary) • unpredictable hours (basically unemployed Halloween thru christmas) • communication issues • (supervisor specific) work related tasks done outside of work hours. Planning, texting, and equpiment retrieval is all unpaid. • unshared extra labor (ex: driving team 1-3hrs to events, car maintenance/detailing, etc.)
