      Pros

      The compensations are not bad for junior developers, can also get a lot of experience when working on some projects. Good team mates in some projects

      Cons

      High level and some managers don't know what they are doing, they don't know how to manage people and shouldn't be managing anyone. Micromanagement and toxic culture (most coming from top) Most of the senior talent left the company. Random career path depending on the project or manager

      Pros

      Very imaginative, hard working staff. Occasionally a brilliant mind or two within the product development teams. Very good facilities in Lisbon.

      Cons

      Awful facilities at the headquarters. No sense of professional management whatsoever. Completely egocentric management to cover own flaws and overall inferiority complex. Total lack of respect for the Human Resources.
