      Pros

      The team of associates was fun and supportive. Monthly commissions make the job worth it. I improved my ability to sell and client retention skills.

      Cons

      Leadership did not know how to speak with and support their employees. There was a lack of trust and micromanaging. The work environment and angry customers can make it easy to burnout.
