Steady work, ok benefits, wish I could say more about the company but I can't an I'm thankful to have a job!!!!!!!!!!

Managers don't listen to employees, they are greedy , managers don't really know what's going on because they are not doing what we do and they can't do what we do, managers like to show favoritism, an tell you what you want to hear instead of telling you the truth.!!! No advancement at all an no matter if you break your back to help make things better or if you come in an do nothing they don't care! Your opinion doesn't count! No family time do to the long hours an you have to work all the hours you can to make ends meet! They don't care for the people doing the work! They tell you one thing an change there minds every 10 minutes. Managers think they know everything an you know nothing even if you have been doing it for years! NO DRIVE to keep employees happy!! Equipment is old an worn out! Mangers don't work on weekends nor do they care for you an your needs if you want a day off then you have to beg for it!!!!work weekends!
