Pros

They paid weekly. Coworkers were very nice people.

Cons

Almost everything. The training is below what they actually expect you to know when it's complete. The trainer is either a lay about or is getting dementia. They listen to all your calls and judge every little word you say. The customer service supervisor sits in her office all day eating. She literally eats all day. That's all she does.She also very racist against anyone that is not black. She literally would have screaming arguments with the same white woman. She picked on her to the point that we all thought she would have a breakdown.
